What has happened to our world when young men and women,with their whole lives in front of them,are taken for no reason?
Some are gunned down in Iraq.
Americans just out doing what they're told.
Doing what they think is right.
Only to be met by the Iraqi's that are doing the same.
We are all guilty and innocent here.
Nobody wins.
We all must lose.
All for an oil-guzzling,money hungry president who says,"go out there and fight for this nation's freedom...to do what i say."
Other young souls perish right before oue eyes.
Others slip away while we're not looking.
All we have left to cling to is the memories,their belongings that are left behind,and the hope that heaven does exsist.
That they are beautiful angles,bathed in a healing light,swaddled in God's glory.
Safe,happy,and at peace.
Patiently waiting for the time when they will come to meet us...to take us home.
